Honesty Policy

Company policy is to treat every person that comes into contact in a fair and honest way.  Whether it's to supply one patio heater, 200 patio heaters or the odd spare part, everyone can be assured that they will be dealt with in an open, honest and ethical way.  This extends to the way the web site is designed and the way it's operated:

Delivery policy
We have searched far and wide but cannot find a single courier company that will make free deliveries.  If "free delivery" is offered then the question has to be asked, "is it included in the price?"  The answer will be yes, free courier companies just do not exists, a charge is made for each and every parcel shipped, the cost will be in the budget.  We prefer to show the real cost and let the customer decide.

Free regulator/hose and extras
A patio heater should be equipped to do the job, traders claims of "free" regulator and hose fall under the same "free delivery" scam.  Last time we purchased a van the steering wheel and brakes came with the van.  Regulators and hoses are an integral part of the patio heater, the specifications should be compatible and match the quality of the patio heater.

Pricing policy

RRP and SSP are great ways at faking retail prices.  Inflate or just make one up and then slash the money off to show the normal price.  The price to be paid is the market price, fake SSP just highlight sharp practices.  We operate on direct from factory prices, no inflated price tags and no fake sales.

Check apples for apples
We grade product quality according to the build and components to accurately describe what will be purchased.  Why label a domestic product "commercial" when at first inspection it will be evidently clear all is not as it seems.  Customer satisfaction is high on the company agenda, we want you to be pleased with your patio heater and pass the news on.

PO Box?
Check postal address, if a PO Box then make sure it's not just a mail drop.  Are they UK registered, if not will the law protect you?  Always best to deal with a reliable UK company that is not hiding basic company details.

Support

Our 1 year return to base warranty covers the patio heater should anything go wrong.  After the 1 year period we offer support, back-up and repair service should you need it.  Models up to 5 years old will have spares.  Models outside our product range are not refused help and support, if you're having problems finding the supplier of your patio heater or they have simply gone then give our patio heater help line a call.
