Just thought I'd drop you a line and say thank you for your excellent Product and Service.  Having ordered a Stainless Steel Heater BFX760 from you last Monday at midday, it was delivered early morning on Tuesday, less than 24hrs later ...stunning delivery.  The product itself is of an excellent quality and complete with simple build and operation instructions, neatly packed within a single box.  I would be happy to recommend your company to anyone wishing to purchase similar products and I am happy for you to pass this email on to any potential customers who would like some independent feedback on your products or services.
