I must admit to being slightly sceptical about the quality because the patio heaters were being sold at a price which is far lower than most of the competition, however I had no reason to be concerned. Easy to assemble, excellent instructions, and a very sturdy good quality patio heater.

GREAT SERVICE - Thanks! after buying our Patio Heater in Spain (where we live) .we left it out all summer in up to 40deg. heat. So weeks ago we came to use it only to find it did not light!!. We tried in Spain to find spares but they have NO after sales service and expect you to simply buy another heater. We then trawled the net to see if we could find any help and we landed on your site. To say it is excellent is an understatement-you had information that found the problem (thermal cutout) and even had photographs of the item to compare. We ordered the twin pack BUT were sceptical that you might not deliver to Spain ,but again NO PROBLEM. We received the parts within 10 days and now have a fully working Patio Heater. THANKS for a great service which we will unreservedly recommend to anyone.
