To fit 2005 onwards domestic BFX750/5 and 2012 onwards BFX760 branded patio heaters in all finishes and types. Not compatible with commercial patio heaters BFX770 please refer to thermocouple AFX480 for details. Worn thermocouple will allow the pilot to light but switch off when lighting, failed thermocouple will switch off the gas control valve preventing pilot from lighting. Thermocouple is located adjacent to the ignitor spark and snakes within the burner to the rear of the gas control valve.

Please check and double check the measurements are correct for your type of patio heater, specifically the size of gas control thread - this patio heater thermocouple will fit an 8mm type only. Thermocouples ordered in error and returned are subject to an inspection safety test.
